#64 Spare wheel well cut out
First stage of removal. The rest will need to be cut from underneath to preserve the flanges. I have a new panel from Ex-pressed Steel Panels in Yorkshire.

#63 Diff Cleaned and Painted
Looks better than the RO Performance effort. I think they just used a rag damp with Hammerite.
#60 It's been very cold
But I've managed to get the opposite trailing arm painted and bushes fitted, correctly of course. Need to get back on the welding as soon as temps are not to cold. At least most of the axle parts a de-rusted and painted ready to fit. Just waiting on some vulcanizing cement to repair the rubber beam bushes that the criminals at RO Performance damaged.
#59 Trailing Arm Bush
New bush fitted in the correct orientation. This was the side that RO Performance damaged and I had to weld up.
#58 Rear Beam
Again the muppets have struck again. Who uses hacksaws to replace rubber bushes? Predictably I've had to remove paint that was applied over rust. Rob told me they only do one standard of paint - he didn't say that their standard was expensive and crap.
