#50 Rear Axle Beam and trailing arms
Well RO Performance have again excelled themselves with a complete lack of care and incompetence. This is one of the NOS bushes beam I supplied to them for fitting. Also note what a good job they made of painting the beam 🙄 At a guess I'd suggest they tried installing the bushes with a screwdriver. Using the correct tool it's only a few minute job without damage. Less then 10 minutes using my home made tool. And now the trailing arm bushes. The voids need to align with the seam on the arm so that they sit in a fore-aft position. The other side was better but that was probably just luck! Maybe take some photos before you remove anything so you know how it goes back - maybe they have a void between the ears. The beam will be taken for powder coating and not just given a wire brush and a cat lick of paint over rust.
