New bush fitted in the correct orientation. This was the side that RO Performance damaged and I had to weld up.

Again the muppets have struck again. Who uses hacksaws to replace rubber bushes? Predictably I've had to remove paint that was applied over rust. Rob told me they only do one standard of paint - he didn't say that their standard was expensive and crap.

I have had to sand back the crap powder coating done by RO and repaint with chassis black. It's too cold to lie on the garage floor doing welding this week!

Groove in arm now welded up. And safe. Ready for another set of new bushes to replace the buggered ones!
#53 Trailing Arms
I've just been cleaning up the arm bolts and have realised that the inner pivot cam washer is missing and is not available from Motomobil either. 😡😡😡 Looks like I've been "Rob'd" again! How can you call yourselves RO Performance and not be able to reassemble a simple rear axle correctly? Maybe I should ring the Cuntstomer Service Advisor (receptionist) at Bolton BMW and see what they have done with it - they probably thought it was faulty 'cos the hole was off centre.
