#68 Inner Sill fracture found

 This is just ahead of the jacking point. RO Performance claimed to do work to MoT standard - I think this is a fail! 

#67 Outer sill had to be removed

 This is what was behind the outer sill. Some of the crappiest welding I've ever seen. Most of the plug welds had not penetrated. Does this look like a professional repair to you? It's not even welded around the edges. And with the crap removed. Only one plug weld was holding the rest came off with a screwdriver. 

#66 Jacking point on Driver's side rear

 Things were a bit worse for wear so I cut out the jacking point. Repairs will all be done before the new jacking point is welded on.

#65 Spare Wheel Well part 2

 Well now welded in and primed in epoxy.

#64 Spare wheel well cut out

 First stage of removal. The rest will need to be cut from underneath to preserve the flanges. I have a new panel from Ex-pressed Steel Panels in Yorkshire.
